Most football managers will never get their day in the sunshine. Major trophy wins are just a pipe dream that only a comparatively select few ever get to experience.
While a tiny percentage bask in the light, the vast majority survive in the shadow of the management merry go round, hoping for a bit of time to build something worthwhile.
